Hidden Powers by Tara Lain Re-Released!

Aug 10, 2021News, Superordinary Society

Now for something totally different. A couple of years ago, I was inspired to try my hand at supernatural urban fantasy/adventure/romance in a new adult series called The Superordinary Society. The first book is HIDDEN POWERS and I’m happy to be re-releasing it today.

These books involve the adventures of a group of extraordinary friends who have to save the world—between classes. Werewolves, mages, genius humans, beings who can turn you to stone, all inhabit this world just beyond the daily life of most of us. I had a great time writing these two books and hope you love them. The second installment, RISING MAGIC, arrives next Tuesday.

While these stories can read stand alone, they’re better read in order. So plunge into the world of the Superordinary Society with HIDDEN POWERS!   and preorder RISING MAGIC so you don’t forget.

Hidden Powers By Tara Lain

Hidden Powers

In an adventurous New Adult spinoff from her popular Harker Pack werewolves, Tara Lain creates an exciting new world of magic and mysticism where growing up, fitting in, and finding true friends is just as hard as ever.

Jazz Vanessen is weird—and not just because he’s a werewolf.

For most of his life, Jazz’s felt different from his alpha male brothers and friends. Since he’s adopted, he can’t even blame it on family.

Now eighteen, Jazz meets his idol, the social activist Lysandra Mason, and her breathtaking nephew, Dash Mercury. When Dash is around, even stranger things start to happen, including Jazz falling hopelessly in lust. Not only is Jazz having visions, making people disappear, and somehow turning invisible, but somebody’s following him and threatening to reveal his pack’s secrets to the world.

Together with Dash and Jazz’s equally amazing friends— Carla, BeBop, Khadija, and Fatima—they discover the danger is even more lethal than they thought, and Jazz’s weirdness may save all their lives.
