I promised i’d let you know all the stuff that’s going on and coming up. Here you go:
Late in August or early in September, i expect to have the print anthology, Balls to the Wall. This book will contain my first three “Balls” Books, Volley Balls, Fire Balls and Beach Balls. It would make a fun holiday gift as well as a treat just for you!
October 30th is release day for Brush with Catastrophe, the second Aloysius Tale. Remember Sammy from Spell Cat? He is Jimmy Janx’s best friend. He is a painter–a prophetic painter–but all in all a pretty disappointing witch. And he can’t get a boyfriend. And remember Alvish, their contrarian friend? Well, Alvish is in here too but he suddenly changes a lot over the summer and asks to be called Ryder. I am revising sections of the book right now under the guidance of my editor (Loose Id has the BEST editing). I’m also starting to dream about the cover and hoping Shobana Appavu will be doing this cover too.
Up next after Brush with Catastrophe is my holiday book that i’m writing now called Snow Balls. Snow Balls is another unlikely couple including a tough cop and a hunky beefcake guy who is actually a bit of a creampuff. Expect a December release.
There will likely be another holiday story for you too. It’s something different for me and i’ll tell you after i know more about its release.
