If you haven’t already heard me shouting about it on Twitter or Facebook, here is my news. This past Monday i had an email waiting for me from my editor saying that Loose Id is contracting TWO new books from me. I’ve been so busy happy dancin’ that i couldn’t slow down long enough to do a blog post.
Yes, yes, before you ask, one of them is the SEQUEL to Genetic Attraction!! It doesn’t have a name yet, which frustrates me, but i couldn’t wait to tell you about it until it has a name. (My editors didn’t like the name i submitted saying it wasn’t romantic enough, so we’re picking a new one.) When the Scientist and the Supermodel comes out May 31, you will all meet Caleb, Jake’s younger brother. He is a big, strapping alpha-male soccer player, and HE is the central character of the Sequel. He meets a man as beautiful as a woman and a woman who looks like a pretty young boy and, well, the heat is on! Don’t worry. All the characters from Genetic Attraction also appear with some unexpected surprises.
The other new book is my first romantic suspense called Golden Dancer. This is the book that grew out of my thought one day — wouldn’t it be fun to have a ballet dancer hero?And it turned into a steamy, M/M/M menage with sons-of-Nazis and kidnappings and an art theft that may or may not have been carried out by an art collector billionaire. It will be a part of Loose Id’s special collection called Men of Mystery.
So, that’s my news. I’m delighted to have two new books coming out from such a great publisher. I’ll let you know when they are scheduled, but meanwhile there will be more books to keep us all busy. My blog tour begins May 27, right before the release of The Scientist and the Supermodel on May 31 and Volley Balls on July 1.
