Hi–

My last day and night at GRL in Atlanta. What a wild day. Readers poured into the book signing and grabbed up books by the armload. I sold many, many books and signed a ton of autographs. Then we celebrated with a big, and i do mean big, dinner at Mary Mack’s Tea House, a bastion of Southern cooking! The menu was as big as Georgia and every dish was tempting. I ordered chicken and dumplings and every meal comes with three of their amazing vegetable dishes. I had to order an extra! I munched on broccoli souffle, steamed cabbage, pickled beets, and creamed corn. OMG! Every one was fabulous. They served corn bread and cinnamon rolls with the meal and i topped it off with a few bites of peach cobbler. Are you drooling? You should be. It was fabulous. Good company too with pals, Lynn Lorenz, Jessica Freely, and Vanessa, a new friend.

Sorry i’m not posting photos. I forgot my phone charger adapter and i’ve been borrowing one for several days but had to give it back tonight, so i can’t use up my phone battery to forward photos. Plus, i was too busy eating to photograph my food! Tomorrow morning, i’m flying home where my honey and puppy and i will have to stay in a hotel while they repair the damage to our house from the broken water pipe! Be well! Talk soon. : )
