MELINDAAAAAAAAAAA!
I got so many great ideas for blog posts for my upcoming blog tour starting Jan 4, and i thank all of the participants.
Greta had this great suggestion about doing a post in experiment form since my heroine is a scientist. I just couldn’t quite figure out how to do it. Liz said to focus on a deleted scene, but Genetic Attraction didn’t have any deleted scenes, so i may save that one for another book. Robin suggested i have my characters appear as a series of guest writers, which is terrific too. But ultimately, i found i chose an oldie but goodie with a twist. Melinda suggested a character interview, which is always popular, but she said to set it right before the book starts so nothing is given away. I love this idea because it gave me a good place to begin — especially since i’ve already written the prequel to Genetic Attraction so i know exactly what happens before it. : )
