As the new year approaches, I thought i’d take a moment and share with you my plans for new books in the coming year. Since we authors work well in advance, my 2015 is already partly written and all plotted out! Here’s how it looks right now —
- March 20 — Winter’s Wolf is the third book in the Tales of the Harker Pack series that already includes The Pack or the Panther and Wolf in Gucci Loafers. Winter Thane is half-brother to Lindsey Vanessen who was the hero of the previous book. This book was hugely fun to write and is a bit different for me in that it’s very plot driven.
- May 1st — Knight of Ocean Avenue is the first book in a new series called Love in Laguna. This is the story of a construction worker who falls in love with a flamboyant stylist and changes his life. This is a favorite book of mine — and also the longest novel i’ve written to date.
- Julyish — The two books above are the only ones fully written. I’m currently working on the second book in the Love in Laguna series. It’s called Knave of Broken Hearts. Another tough construction worker falls for his gorgeous cardiologist who reminds him of a favorite yaoi character.
- Septemberish — This will be the re-release of a short novel of mine which is a favorite of many readers. I’ll tell you all about it as we get closer.
- Novemberish — Driven Snow is a new short novel with a favorite theme. It will be part of a new series and, again, i’ll tell you all about it as we get closer.
- Decemberish — There’s a chance of another re-release of one of my favorite stories. I’ll let you know.
That completes the year. The third book in the Long Pass Chronicles, Tackling the Tight End, will come out early in 2016 and the third book in the Love in Laguna series, Prince of the Playhouse, will follow. So, as you see, i’m planned out well into 2016. And truthfully, i have a lot of ideas about how the rest of 2016 will go — God willing and the creek don’t rise, as they say.
Right now, i want to thank everyone for your support and enthusiasm over Canning the Center which is being so brilliantly reviewed. And thank you for making this past year one to remember in every good way. Love and blessings and Happy New Books ! : )
