Hi everyone–

So i am ducking and covering since i know some of you will be throwing things at me when i say that Beach Balls release has been postponed until June 1. Oh well, i figure the water will be warmer for my underwater lovers! So watch for a blog tour and contests and hot romance come June 1.

But as one friend said, Whew that gives me time to catch up with all the Tara Lain books that have come out so far this year.Nice thought. But if you have, in fact, missed any, here is what you have missed–

Sinders and Ash (released April 1) is a new take on a fairy tale romance. As one reviewer said, it is much more than a fairy tale. It’s a serious LGBT romance with thoughtful themes all couched in a familiar trope. It has gotten a ton of 5-star reviews. It’s also available in paperback for those of you who like to hold the book in your hands.

Work hard, stay anonymous and don’t expect much. That’s resort housekeeper Mark Sintorella’s philosophy of life. After being kicked out of his family home at sixteen for being gay, Mark knows what it takes to survive. But how is he going to stay anonymous when he wants to be recognized as a great fashion designer? And how can he control his expectations when he’s desperately attracted to Ashton Armitage, the son of the fifth richest man in America? If Ash doesn’t find a woman to marry he’s going to lose his inheritance, but he can’t seem to resist the beautiful kid who cleans fireplaces while hiding behind a black cap and heavy glasses. And then this crazy elf of a man, Carstairs Pennymaker, has Mark running around looking like a fashion model wearing gorgeous women’s clothes. The clock strikes twelve and the wedding follows the ball. Two beautiful princesses line up for attention. But one isn’t interested and one isn’t a woman. Who will be the bride? Will the shoe fit? Only his fairy godmother knows for sure.

As a lot of people know, before Sinders and Ash was Spell Cat released March 20th. This is my first foray into the paranormal. A contemporary LGBT romance with a great cat and some witchy suspense, Spell Cat has been a bestseller.

When Killian Barth, history professor, meets Blaine Genneau, quantum physicist, they ignite their own big bang. But sadly, Killian walks away because he doesn’t do physics professors. In fact, he doesn’t do humans; Killian is the most powerful male witch in 10 generations and, though gay, he’s expected to save his declining race by reproducing. Sex with humans depletes his power – or so he’s been taught. Then why can young human, Jimmy Janx, dissolve spoons with a thought? Somebody’s a lying witch. With his powerful cat familiar, Aloysius, on his shoulder, Killian brings the lightning against deceit and greed to save Blaine from danger and prove love is the greatest power of them all.

And before that was the wildly popular Fire Balls. But if you’re all caught up on this year’s releases, go back and try Golden Dancer. It is MMM romantic suspense and the favorite book of a lot of my readers. And if that doesn’t suit — sigh, we just have to wait for a month together. Meanwhile, i’m writing Book 4 in the Genetic Attraction series. So menage lovers, i’m looking at you!
